Title:Indonesian Chicken Satay
Ingredients/Material:
3 tablespoons (45ml) soya sauce
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoons (15ml) peanut oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 pinch ground cumin
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
1 tablespoons (15ml) vegetable oil
1/4 cup grated onion, about half a medium onion
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 cup (250ml) water
1/2 cup (125g) chunky peanuts
2 tablespoons (30ml) soya souce
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 tablespoons (15ml) lemon juice, about one small lemon

Steps/method
First the make the sauce from: 1 piece garlic ground into small then mix with 125g peanut paste, 3 tablespoon soya sauce (45ml) and 3 tablespoon tomato sauce.
Afterthat prepare the stick put 3 to 4 slice cube chicken into stick bake 15 menutes.
After baking place the skewers on aplatter and gave sauce.
Finaly your Chicken satay is ready to be served.
Tips:
we shouldn't eat the satay when it's still hot because se it can burn your tongue
